President Director and CEO
Currently is the Chief Executive Officer of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance.
Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Indonesia’s State-Owned listed Toll-Road Company from 2006 until 2016, and from 2016 until 2019 was the CFO of PT Pembangunan Jaya Infrastruktur.
Within his ten years tenure at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, has brought the Company public through an International Global Offering and has an extensive knowledge in the Infrastructure Industry especially in the Toll-Road sector.
He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti
University and Master Degree from Pelita Harapan University.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector, especially in the field of Investment and Capital Markets. He began his career in 1991 at Nomura Securities and afterwards held several senior key positions at several national and multinational companies, such as Mees Pierson Finas, BII LendLease Investments and Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency. Prior to being assigned at Jasa Marga, he was the President Director of PT PNM Investment Management.
Aside from attending and speaking at international conferences, He is an Honorary Fellow at the Asean Federation of Engineers Organization.
I Made Wiracita Tantra (Wito)
Managing Director & CRO
A seasoned banking professional with over 25 years’ experience in credit, risk control, and relationships management within institutional and corporate banking environment. Wito started his career in 1990 as credit analyst with American Express Bank Jakarta before progressing into various business development roles at Bank of America and Standard Chartered Bank in Jakarta where he was responsible for developing/up-tiering relationships to top-tier local corporate and multinational in Indonesia
Following the Asian Crisis, Wito spent his next 12 years working in New York and Singapore as credit review executive for Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas. In 2013, he returned to Indonesia to secure position as Senior Credit Officer & Head of Credit for Standard Chartered Bank before moving to his most recent role as Chief Risk Officer for PT ANZ Indonesia. He held the later position for 3 years before joining IIF.
Wito has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master of Science in Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University.
Managing Director & CFO
Prior to joining IIF as the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Indrawati Darmawan served as the President Director at Standard Chartered Securities Indonesia for 6 years since 2010. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President at Barclays Capital Indonesia (2008) and at UBS Indonesia (2007).
She had also held key positions at several companies including Managing Director at Mandiri Sekuritas (2004 – 2007), Vice President at Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) (1999 – 2003) and Associate Director at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (1994 – 1997).
Earlier to her career, she served at PT Makindo Securities for a year since 1993 as the Project Manager and also served as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick starting in 1991.
Ms. Darmawan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, USA in 1989 and graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Business from West Coast University, USA in 1991.
Ms. Darmawan was involved in the following training, The Capital Market for Infrastructure Investment held in Manila, hosted by the Capital Market.

Mr. Harold Tjiptadjaja was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of IIF in December 2011.
Prior to joining IIF, he acted as Vice President of Earth Investment Group (2010-2011), Corporate Finance Partner at Indoconsult Prima (2009-2011), Vice President at Sinar Mas Group (2007-2008) and Vice President at Northstar Equity Partners (2006).
Upon obtaining his Master of Science Degree from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands in 1997. He spent more than 10 years working in the Netherlands prior to returning to Indonesia in 2006.
For the period up to 2016, he has attended a 10-days Executive Education on Infrastructure in a Market Economy from Harvard Kennedy School, a 5-days Executive Education on Global Challenges in Transport from Oxford University, U.K and a session on High Performance from IMD Business School/Mandiri Leadership Insights.
Managing Director & CIO
Ms. Hilda Savitri has 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private equity and auditing firms.
Prior to joining IIF, she was an Investment Director at TAEL Management (2007-2015), a regional fund manager managing of more than US$550 million fund from offshore institutional investors.
Prior to that, she worked for UOB Asia Ltd from 2004 to 2007 with latest position as an Associate Director, responsible for structuring, execution and distribution of various merger and acquisition transactions, loan syndications, project financing, shares placement and other structured financing transactions for Indonesia clients.
Previously, she worked for PT Danareksa (Persero) (1995-1999 and 2001-2002) and PT Nusantara Securities (2002-2004) in the investment banking division. She also has a working experience at an accounting firm, Siddharta Siddharta & Harsono (member of Coopers & Lybrand International) (1994-1995).
She has an MBA degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand (2001) with full scholarship from New Zealand Overseas Development Award and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia (1994).
Ms. Savitri has participated in numerous trainings such as The Renewable Energy Workshop that was held in Singapore hosted by SEAS.
Executive Vice President – Head of Advisory Group
Mr. Irman Boyle joined IlF in April 2012. He has about 15 years of experience in multilateral institutions and consulting Firms (IFC, APB, IIE/Energy Group, and PA consulting), working in advisory service and public sector lending for energy and infrastructure project.
With IFC, he worked in the PPPs Transaction Advisory Department at its Jakarta office, advising government clients on a coal-fired IPP project and a water supply project. Until August 2011, he was also Indonesia country representative for the Private Finance Advisory Network (PFAN) where he provided project and finance advice for successful finance closings of several renewable energy IPP projects.
Mr. Irman Boyle holds an MBA from Cass Business School at City University London, UK (1999) and an Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (1993).
Mr. Boyle was involved in the executive Workshop on Ports Financing an Investing in Singapore hosted by Global Ports Forum. He also participated in a Green Banking Online Training, the Green Banking in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy hosted by Renac.
