JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF or Limited Company) is a company that focus on Infrastructure Financing in Indonesia, today will hold Due Diligence Meeting and Public Expose related to Bonds Public Offering | Indonesia Infrastructure Finance 2016.

The company has strong capital structure that comes from the support of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (SMI ñ 30%), International Finance Corporation (IFC ñ 19,99%), Asian Development Bank (ADB ñ 19,99%), Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG ñ 15,12%) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC ñ 14,90%) as the main shareholders of IIF Company.

Arisudono Soerono as President Director of the company explained that currently the company provides fund-based product services such as senior loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine and equity investment which are available in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and United States Dollar (USD) in addition to several non-fund based products such as guarantees and other fee-based services. The Company also provides advisory services (advisory) or financial consulting and project transaction for the government or local or foreign investors, with the goal of facilitating private sector investment in infrastructure development.

The Company's products and services mentioned above, are expected to be the financing alternative solution beyond banking sector, for the need of infrastructure development in Indonesia, so that the country can develop in accordance to its potential.

Furthermore, Arisudono Soerono said, "Our mission is to be the catalyst in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia, and increase private sector participation in financing Indonesian infrastructure development."

As the mandate given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, founded based on Finance Minister Regulation No. 100/PMK.010/2009, IIF aims to finance 8 infrastructure sectors, namely transportation, roads, irrigation, drinking water, wastewater, telecommunication and informatics, electricity, and oil & gas.
