Transaction Advisory Services
Providing specialized transaction advisory services to government clients that may include ministries, regional governments and state-owned/regional-owned enterprises with regards to infrastructure projects that involve a contract between the public sector authority and a private party, in which the private party provides a public service and assumes substantial financial, technical and operational risk in the project.
- Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects as regulated under Presidential Regulation No.38/2015; and
- Non-PPP projects,such as IPP projects in the power sector or PDAM B2B projects in the water sector.
Policy Advisory Services
Providing services to government clients that may include ministries and regional governments in formulating infrastructure-related policies and/or building government capacities for the purpose of accelerating and improving infrastructure delivery.

The scope of the transaction advisory services may include pre-transaction due diligence and planning, market consultation, feasibility analysis, government support analysis, commercial structuring, negotiation, procurement implementation process and institutionalization with the objective to ensure optimal risk allocation and bankability of the project as well as to improve the quality of project outcome.
B. SERVICES FOR PRIVATE SECTOR CLIENTS
Financial and Transaction Advisory Services
Providing services to the private sector throughout the entire life cycle of an infrastructure project. The scope of financial advisory services may include project due diligence, project preparation and structuring, feasibility analysis, concession bid preparation, concession negotiation, loan and/or equity fundraising, valuation, joint venture transaction advisory and merger & acquisition transaction advisory.
