Corporate Planning Manager is responsible for the organization’s strategic planning, alignment of all key corporate functions to the organizational strategy. This also include guiding and overseeing corporate performance and report to the Board of Directors, as well as the internal and external stakeholders.

Essential duties:

  • Involve in budgeting and corporate KPI setting process, including maintaining governance of budget implementation.
  • Assimilate budget and planning information into financial forecast that help guide the decision-making process for short and long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Creation and consolidation of management reports, corporate financial presentations and detailed financial analysis presented to the management. Regularly interact with management/division heads on matters concerning all functional areas within Corporate Planning.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
  • Guide and motivate subordinates in order to improve knowledge, skills and competency level.

Requirements:

Education/Experience Required:

  • A bachelor or master degree in finance, accounting, or business along with at least 6+ years of varied experience in accounting and/or financial/economic analysis. An equivalent combination of education and experience would also be considered.
  • Proven experience modelling in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of financial statements.
  • An understanding of asset liability management and banking products would be an asset.
  • Exposure of Big 4 Public Accountant Firm would be a plus.

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, etc.:

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Familiar with financial & operating performance analysis
  • Experience with Financial Modelling and TM1 Budgeting systems is a plus

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to converse with management and challenge them, where appropriate.

Equity Manager

You will be part of the Investment team who will be responsible to the Equity investment process in the Company in order to providing mezzanine and equity financing to client as in line with company business target.
The financing conducted shall be in line with the company’s vision in becoming the catalyst of infrastructure development, but still maintaining the acceptable risk/return on each investment to the project.

Essential duties:

  • Preparing the pitching material and gained clients acceptence.
  • Developing the analysis and structuring for the equity/meizzanine financing to the project.
  • Preparing Project Information Document (PID) Project Appraisal Memorandum (PAM) in order to obtain internal approval.
  • Managing documentation and execution of financing document.
  • Managing the drawdown process.
  • Monitoring the project until the end of investment period.

Requirements:

Background

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Other majors.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experiences in Investment banking area.

 

Skill

  • Understand the basic principle of corporate finance and M&A process.
  • Familiar with financial, operating performance analysis, and valuation process.
  • Exposure to Project Finance and/or infrastructure project is a plus point.
  • Good analytical, communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • English both writing and verbal capability

The financing conducted shall be in line with the company’s vision in becoming the catalyst of infrastructure development, but still maintaining the acceptable risk/return on each financing project.

Essential duties:

  • Preparing the pitching material and gained clients acceptence.
  • Developing the analysis and structuring for the financing to the project.
  • Preparing Project Information Document (PID) Project Appraisal Memorandum (PAM) in order to obtain internal approval.
  • Managing documentation and execution of financing document.
  • Managing the drawdown process.
  • Monitoring the project until transferred to project supervision team.

Requirements:

Background

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Other majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in banking or financial institution especially in the corporate banking.
  • Preferably an ex Management Trainee at major banking institution.

 

Skill

  • Understand the principle of credit process.
  • Expert in financial and operating performance analysis.
  • Exposure to Project Finance and/or infrastructure project is a plus point.
  • Good analytical, communication skills, and presentation skills.

Credit Risk Officer (Sr.Associate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare credit review including a concise and adequate executive summary
    elaborating credit risk directorate’s view to supplement further approval process conducted in the Investment Committee.
  • Be part of the legal documentation process to ensure that all necessary terms and conditions are properly documented Assist in resolution of problematic loans with main objective to minimise credit costs.
  • Assess the sufficiency of credit risk monitoring programs, relevant performance covenants and trigger events. Ensure all credit extension are made in compliance with IIF’s credit policy.
  • Monitor credit portfolio quality and play a proactive role in highlighting red flags and adverse news.
  • Ensure alignment of credit policy to IIF’s credit strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promoting a strong risk culture within directorates across the Company.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Management/Mathematics.
  • Outstanding analytical skills in evaluating and identifying counterparties’ credit risks.
  • 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Corporate Credit Risk, Corporate Credit Analyst or Equity Analyst is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
  • Meticulous with an aptitude for numbers supported by solid macro view.
  • Highly motivated, good integrity, self-driven, ability to work under pressure and under limited time constraint.

Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Gandeng Asbanda Perkuat Pembiayaan Infrastruktur di Daerah

JAKARTA-PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) menjalin kerja sama dengan Asosiasi Bank Pembangunan Daerah (Asbanda) guna meningkatkan pelaksanaan program pembiayaan proyek infrastruktur. Kerja sama ini akan memperkuat IIF sebagai fungsinya menjadi katalisator dalam investasi infrastruktur hingga ke daerah-daerah.

Penandatanganan nota kesepahaman dilakukan oleh Presiden Direktur IIF Arisudono Soerono dan Ketua Umum Asbanda Kresno Sediarsi yang juga merupakan Direktur Utama Bank DKI, di sela-sela acara 2nd Annual Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Conference Euro Money dengan sponsor utama IIF, di Hotel Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Selasa (24/5).

Nantinya IIF akan membiayai proyek-proyek infrastruktur yang layak secara komersial melalui jaringan bank-bank pembangunan anggota Asbanda, khususnya guna mendukung pengembangan strategi pembiayaan dan jasa advisory (konsultasi) atas proyek-proyek infrastruktur baik yang diadakan oleh pemerintah, kerja sama badan usaha dan pemerintah, perusahaan milik negara maupun pembiayaan proyek infrastruktur sektor swasta, jelas Arisudono.

Sebagaimana mandat yang diberikan oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia, IIF membidik pembiayaan terhadap 8 sektor infrastruktur, yakni transportasi, jalan, pengairan, air minum, air limbah, telekomunikasi dan informatika, ketenagalistrikan, dan migas. Produk yang ditawarkan IIF mencakup pinjaman senior, pembiayaan ulang, pinjaman subordinasi, investasi ekuitas, penjaminan, pinjaman siaga, sindikasi, dan penasihat keuangan.
