Batam, 31 May 2024 – PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (“IIF”) has established a professional advisory services collaboration with PT Batam International Airport (“BIB”). The signing ceremony was signed by Irman Boyle – Head of Advisory IIF and Pikri Ilham Kurniansyah – President Director of BIB at Hang Nadim International Airport, Batam, (31/5). The signing was also witnessed by M. Ramadhan Harahap – Chief Investment Officer  IIF, Nugroho Jati – Chief Operating Officer PT Batam International Airport and Minjae Chun – Chief Technical Officer PT Batam International Airport.

Irman Boyle stated that this collaboration aims to provide updates to the financial model and financing plan for the Hang Nadim International Airport Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project.

Furthermore, the provision of these financial advisory services is expected to benefit the project in attracting loan financing commitments from a syndicate of banks/financial institutions and making the Hang Nadim International Airport Project a bankable project.

Furthermore, Irman Boyle emphasized the collaboration’s potential to indirectly contribute to Batam City’s development as a key investment destination in western Indonesia, ultimately leading to national economic growth.
