PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) has received international recognition for its efforts to deliver innovative solutions and create value for clients across Indonesia’s infrastructure sector. On 20 October 2026, IIF received the Operational Innovation of the Year – Financial Services Awards at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026. On the same day, IIF also received the Best ESG Advisory and Best ESG Service Provider Awards at the CorporateTreasurer Awards 2026.

President Director & CEO of IIF, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, said, "These recognitions reflect how IIF’s innovation, advisory services, and ESG capabilities help clients address increasingly complex challenges, ranging from the need for faster decision-making and climate risk management to improve access to sustainable financing." The Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026 recognized IIF’s transformation of its Financial Planning & Analysis function, from a traditional reporting role into a more integrated, data-driven decision-making platform. This initiative supports faster and more effective project evaluation processes, enabling IIF to deliver better services and outcomes for clients.

Meanwhile, the CorporateTreasurer Awards 2026 acknowledged IIF’s contribution in helping clients strengthen the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance principles through its ESG Advisory services. These services include supporting clients in enhancing sustainability practices and managing ESG risk across their business operations and investment activities. This commitment is reinforced by the integration of Climate Risk Management into IIF’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. Since 2025, its Climate Risk Management Policy Implementation Procedure (PIP) has been applied to both existing and pipeline projects to strengthen resilience against physical and transition climate risks.

In response to growing investor demand for transparency and accountability in sustainability, IIF has also adopted the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and IFRS S2. This initiative aligns IIF’s reporting practices more closely with international standards and gives investors and stakeholders greater confidence in its governance and sustainability risk management. Beyond financing and advisory services, IIF continues to strengthen clients’ capabilities through knowledge-sharing and capacity-building programs. One example is its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement training, which helps clients better understand emissions accounting methodologies and improve readiness for evolving sustainability reporting requirements.

IIF’s active role in advancing sustainable infrastructure has also gained international attention. Throughout 2025 and 2026, IIF has participated in various global forums to share perspectives and experiences on sustainable infrastructure financing. This engagement reflects growing international interest in Indonesia’s experience in promoting sustainable and inclusive infrastructure development. For clients, these international recognitions validate the tangible value generated by IIF’s operational innovation, advisory expertise, and ESG capabilities. By combining financing, advisory services, and data-driven innovation, IIF remains committed to supporting project developers, state-owned enterprises, and private-sector partners in delivering infrastructure projects that are more bankable, resilient, and sustainable for Indonesia

IIF Extends IDR 601,4 Billion in Financing to Strengthen Digital Infrastructure and Healthcare Services
26 October 2026

PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) reaffirmed its commitment to national infrastructure development by extending two strategic financing facilities totaling approximately IDR 601.4 billion for digital infrastructure and healthcare sectors. The facilities were extended to PT Digital Gayana Ekagrata (DGE) for the development of a hyperscale data center, and to PT Medan Kardia Indonesia for the construction of Medan Heart Center in Medan, North Sumatra.

President Director & CEO of IIF, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, stated: "Our support for the data center development will help meet the growing demand for reliable and scalable digital infrastructure, while our financing for Medan Heart Center aims to expand access to quality healthcare. For IIF, a financing initiative is measured not only by project completion, but by the long-term value and positive impact it delivers to business and society."

Supporting Indonesia's Digital Economy

IIF participated in a syndicated loan facility for PT Digital Gayana Ekagrata amounting to USD 20 million (equivalent to IDR 358.3 billion, based on the exchange rate of IDR 17,916 per USD as of 24 September 2026). The facility will support the development of Phase 1 of the GAIA Campus hyperscale data center, comprising the CGK1 and CGK2 facilities with a combined capacity of 58.9 MW, located in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Bekasi, West Java. The project will provide critical digital infrastructure for data storage and management, technology-based services, and business continuity. The availability of reliable hyperscale data center capacity is expected to support Indonesia's growing digital economy and accelerate digital transformation across industries.

Expanding Access to Specialized Healthcare

IIF also extended a financing facility of IDR 243.11 billion to PT Medan Kardia Indonesia to support the development and operations of Medan Heart Center. Medan Heart Center is being developed as a Class B Specialized Cardiac Hospital with a capacity of at least 75 beds, on approximately 5,300 sqm of land with a total building area of around 8,000 sqm. The hospital will be equipped with comprehensive facilities for diagnostic, interventional, and cardiovascular care services. The project is expected to improve access to specialized cardiac and vascular services in Medan and surrounding regions in North Sumatra, reducing the need for long-distance referrals and enabling more integrated healthcare delivery outside major metropolitan areas.

These two transactions reflect IIF's commitment to delivering tailored financing solutions that create tangible economic and social benefits. Through its financing and advisory capabilities, IIF continues to facilitate infrastructure projects that strengthen competitiveness, improve public services, and contribute to Indonesia's sustainable development.

IIF will continue to enhance Credit Sentinel with advanced analytics and automation, with further technology-driven innovations planned to support business growth, improve risk management, and deliver greater value to infrastructure stakeholders. Alongside digital innovation, IIF’s commitment to good corporate governance was recognized at the Asia Legal Awards 2026 as Top 10 General Counsel of the Year and at the In-House Counsel Summit & Awards (IHCSA) 2026 for Regional Leadership in Non-Bank Financial Services.

As an Accredited Entity, IIF is now eligible to access GCF funding of up to USD 250 million per proposal for loans and guarantees, and up to USD 50 million per proposal for equity investments. “Obtaining Accredited Entity status from the Green Climate Fund is a strategic step for IIF to expand access to global financing sources. This accreditation strengthens our capacity to provide more innovative and integrated financing solutions for our clients and partners, helping to accelerate sustainable infrastructure development that delivers tangible benefits for communities and the environment,” said Rizki.

This milestone aligns with IIF’s strong business performance throughout 2026. As of August 2026, IIF has closed nine new financing transactions totaling Rp3.2 trillion across strategic sectors, including healthcare, ports and logistics, renewable energy, telecommunications and data centers, as well as waste and water utilities. Going forward, IIF will continue to strengthen stakeholders collaboration, expand its financing and advisory capabilities, and support infrastructure projects that deliver commercial viability, social value, and positive environmental impact for Indonesia.
IIF Expands Financing and Advisory Business in 1H 2026
31 July 2026

Jakarta, 31 July 2026 – PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (“IIF”) continues to strengthen its role as a key partner in supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure in Indonesia. In the first half of 2026, IIF recorded solid asset growth, a more than threefold increase in new financing and investment commitments, and significant growth in advisory mandates, supported by expanded funding capacity and international recognition.

As of June 2026, IIF’s total assets reached IDR15.0 trillion, a 4.6% year-on-year increase. Productive assets, comprising loans and marketable securities, amounted to IDR13.4 trillion, a 4.9% year-on-year growth.

In the first half of the year 2026, IIF booked 6 (six) new financing and investment commitments totaling IDR2.5 trillion. This exceeds the total of IDR799 billion recorded for the full year 2025. The new commitments are diversified across strategic sectors including healthcare, port, telecommunications & data, and renewable energy.

From the advisory business, IIF secured 9 (nine) new mandates with a total contract value of IDR19.0 billion, a threefold increase from full year 2025. Key mandates included IIF’s involvement in the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) or Pengolahan Sampah menjadi Energi Listrik (PSEL) program, supporting the government’s initiative to accelerate integrated waste management in urban areas.

Operating revenue in 1H 2026 was recorded at IDR542.7 billion, compared to IDR653.9 billion in 1H 2025. The decline was mainly due to lower investment interest income following substantial client prepayments in 1Q 2026. Net income was IDR38.2 billion, compared to IDR85.3 billion in the same period last year, reflecting the same factors and a more conservative provisioning policy.

Non-interest income also rose 54.8% year-on-year to IDR43.0 billion, driven by financing and investment, advisory, and treasury businesses, while treasury interest income grew 17.5% year-on-year.

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) stood at 56.79%, far above the regulatory minimum requirement, providing ample room for the company to expand its financing and investment business.

Asset quality remained sound. Loan loss coverage stood above 100% and net NPF improved to 3.49% from 3.61%.

President Director & Chief Executive Officer of IIF, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, said, “Amid global economic dynamics, IIF continues to demonstrate resilience through portfolio growth, higher financing and advisory activity, and a stronger funding and capital structure. Despite lower profit in the first half, the company is confident to further expand the business and improve its financial performance, supported by strong capital, improved services, lower cost of funds, and strong support and collaboration from shareholders and business partners.”

IIF also continues to champion the application of international ESG standards. Beyond compliance, ESG implementation improves project quality, strengthens risk management, broadens access to international financing, and supports long-term business sustainability to create a better life for the people.

This commitment is evidenced by several international recognitions:

·       FinanceAsia Awards 2026: The Biggest Sustainable Impact – Nonbank Financial Institution

·       Asian Banking and Finance (ABF) Corporate and Investment Banking Awards 2026: Innovative Deal of the Year

·       ASEAN Risk Awards 2026: Finalist for Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) Pioneer Award

·       Asian Development Bank (ADB) Project Implementation Awards 2025, received in July 2026: Outstanding Environmental Safeguard Implementation, Outstanding Social Safeguard Implementation, and Successfully Completed Project.

He added, “While the operating environment will remain dynamic and challenging going forward, we have built a growing deals pipeline. This month alone, IIF has completed three new deals totaling around IDR833 billion in logistics infrastructure, renewable energy, and water treatment facilities.”

To support continued growth, IIF has strengthened its funding capacity by mobilizing more than IDR1.3 trillion from domestic and international financial institutions. In addition, IIF has completed its first batch of fund raising program through the capital market amounting to IDR652 billion, comprising IDR432 billion in bonds and IDR220 billion in perpetual notes.

IIF is well positioned to support further development of the country’s infrastructure, one of the main drivers for economic growth, and is committed to continuously improving service delivery to meet the diverse needs of clients and support the overall financial industry and capital market.
