IIF Strengthens Services for Clients with Global Awards and New Funding to Accelerate Sustainable Infrastructure

Infrastructure Finance (IIF) reaffirms its commitment to support clients in
delivering sustainable infrastructure. In July 2026, IIF received three prestigious
international recognitions: the FinanceAsia Awards 2026 for "The Biggest
Sustainable Impact – Nonbank Financial Institution" on 25 June, the
Asian Banking and Finance (ABF) Corporate and Investment Banking Awards 2026
for "Innovative Deal of the Year" on 2 July, and the ADB 2025
Project Implemented Award for Outstanding Social Safeguard Implementation on
9 July. The FinanceAsia award recognized IIF’s achievement in
delivering measurable sustainable impact through climate-aligned
infrastructure financing, strong environmental and social safeguards,
inclusive access to essential services, sustainable finance innovation, anad
robust ESG governance. The ABF award was given for IIF’s support of Indonesia's
first Sharia infrastructure securitization transaction through the Sharia
Asset-Backed Securities Collective Investment Contract (KIK EBA Syariah)
issued by a client in the toll-road sector. The ADB award recognized the successful implementation of
ADB’s Leveraging Private Infrastructure Investment program amounting to USD
50 million. Another significant milestone is IIF’s inclusion as one
of the top five companies for the "Environmental & Social Risk
Management (ESRM) Pioneer Award" at the ASEAN Risk Awards 2026. To further strengthen its capacity, IIF has completed the
issuance of bonds amounting to IDR 435.5 billion and perpetual notes amounting
to IDR 220.0 billion. This demonstrates IIF’s commitment to support the
growth of the Indonesian capital market. The bonds were issued in three
tenors of 1, 3, and 5 years with an average coupon of around 7.4% per annum,
while the perpetual notes provide a return of 8% per annum. The bonds and
notes were majority subscribed, or around 83%, by asset management and
insurance companies. Other investors include corporates, retail investors,
pension funds, and banks. President Director/Chief Executive Officer of IIF, Rizki
Pribadi Hasan, said, “These international awards and new funding will help
IIF improve our services to clients and create a positive impact on economic
growth and the quality of life of the people. This serves as encouragement
for IIF to continue supporting the Government, project sponsors, lenders, and
investors in delivering infrastructure projects that provide economic,
