Jakarta, 25 February 2026 – PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) and PT Danareksa (Persero) (Danareksa) signed a Cooperation Agreement to Support the Implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in Danareksa’s industrial estate businesses on 12 February 2026.
This partnership aims to strengthen sustainability and good governance in Indonesia’s industrial sector, with the goal of developing a comprehensive ESG roadmap aligned with global standards, enhancing competitiveness, attracting quality investments, and generating positive economic and social impacts for Indonesia.
Rizki Pribadi Hasan, IIF’s President Director/CEO, stated, “We are pleased to have such collaboration with Danareksa, who currently is engaged in various sectors. This collaboration is a continuation of our previous partnership between IIF and Danareksa’s subsidiaries in the financial services for capital market transactions. PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance
PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (“IIF”) is a private non-bank financial institution, which is engaged in infrastructure financing and advisory services that are professionally managed and focused on commercially viable infrastructure projects.
