Summary
| In December 2024, IIF signed an agreement to refinance Medium-Term Notes (MTN) for the TOD Rawa Buntu project. The project involves the development of three towers and the revitalization of Rawabuntu Station. The towers include 1,816 subsidized and non-subsidized apartment units, public facilities, commercial areas, and parking lots. The first tower, Rusunami (Rumah Susun Sederhana Milik/Simple Flats Owned), consists of 32 floors, while the other two towers are commercial flats with 34 floors each. This facility will have positive impacts including improving accessibility and mobility, reducing emissions, and providing housing facilities for the public community. IIF’s Social and Environmental Due Diligence categorizes this investment as a Category B (medium risk) project. The social and environmental risks are manageable through mitigation measures that adhere to IIF’s standards. |
