Summary
IIF purchases the Bonds issued by the Company, amounting to IDR 250 billion with the tenor for 7 years. The use of bonds proceed is to refinance existing debt at the Company and its subsidiaries, also to finance capital expenditure for the Company’s future projects. As the Company’s main business is in electricity, by purchases this bonds, IIF has participated in increasing the electricity supply to improve the electrification ratio in Indonesia. Additionally, as the Company is pursuing the development of clean & renewable power plants, IIF and the Company are also supporting the development of clean and renewable energy sources.
