Summary
IIF is repackaging its current facility to provide Corporate Loan to support Company’s equity portion in Water Bulk Supply in East Java and Lampung, with total facility up to IDR 157.5 billion for 7-year tenor. The company is a contractor and developer company that specializes in toll road and property business such as hotels, apartments, and buildings, and is currently expanding its business into real estate and the concession of water utility services. In this water-related assets investment, the loan proceed is to manage two water treatment & distribution plants, which are: a Water Bulk Supply Project in East Java, that owned by the borrower by 30%, for the development of Bulk Water Supply System from the largest spring in East Java, which is estimated to be in operation in July 2020; and a Water Bulk Supply in Lampung to develop a transmission pipeline and water treatment plant using the raw water from a local River, which is under construction with estimated COD in August 2020. In total, this project will contribute to the provision of approximately 5,825 l/s clean water, distributed to around 3 million people in East Java and Lampung. With this project, IIF is assisting to increase community access to clean water, that in turn contributing to health quality improvement in Indonesia.
