Summary
IIF provided USD 36.5 million senior term loan syndicated facility to finance the procurement of equipment and machinery for the development of container terminal expansion (“project”). The project is located in North Sumatra, which serves loading and unloading of container activities both domestically and internationally. The project expansion is expected to be able to encourage and facilitate national economic and trade growth, particularly in North Sumatra and its surroundings. Also, it can also encourage container throughput growth rates, which is currently on average at 10% per year.
