Summary
IIF signs a Corporate Facility Loan to an Industrial Estate in Gresik District of East Java. As one of the National Strategic Project stipulated in Presidential Regulation No 58-year 2017, this Industrial Estate is built in the same Location with a Multipurpose Port, Commercial and Residential Area. The development of this Industrial Estate is projected to positively contribute to logistic cost efficiency with a complete and comprehensive service including to host one of the largest smelters in Indonesia.
