Summary
In 2021 IIF re-participates in the syndication deal for a Group Company that provides integrated telecommunication solutions and services that covers tower infrastructure, in-building distributed antenna systems for cellular networks, and fiberized broadband internet services. In this deal, IIF provides the facility of IDR 405 billion with three (3) years tenor period. This is the third engagement of IIF with the Company. The first engagement was in 2015 where IIF provided the first facility, followed by a refinancing facility in 2017 which was fully settled in March 2020. By participating in this financing, IIF will directly contribute to the development of telecommunication infrastructure in Indonesia.
