Summary
IIF provides financing for operation & maintenance of water treatment plant (“WTP”) in Tangerang with the amount of IDR222 billion. The financing is intended to support Company in operating and maintaining the WTP in Tangerang, and also to refinance the existing loan. The cooperation agreement was signed with regional government-owned water utility company on January 2014. The cooperation agreement is for the Company to Rehabilitate – Operate – Transfer of the WTP in Serpong with capacity of 3,000 lps until January 2034.
