Summary
By June 2019, IIF participated in Dana Investasi Infrastruktur Toll Road Mandiri 001 (“Dinfra 001”) in the form of Collective Investment Contract with total amount of IDR 40 Billion. Dinfra 001 is an alternative fund-raising instrument issued by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) which uses Gempol Pandaan toll road as underlying asset. The project was built to optimize the toll road network system in Surabaya, to overcome the traffic density and provide alternative for Surabaya region heading to the southern areas. This toll road has two sections with total length of 13.61 km. The first section (12.05 km) has been operated since August 2015, while the second section (1.56 km) was operated on May 2019.
