Rizki Pribadi Hasan
President Director/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hasan has over 30 years of experience across multiple industries in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
He started his career in the financial industry in 1989 with PT Bank Niaga Tbk., Niaga Finance Co. Ltd., and later with CIMB Group and then Standard Chartered Bank. Throughout his 26 years career in such industry, he has held senior position in various areas in Corporate and Investment Banking from managing client relationship to product development and sales.
He later moved on as Finance and Human Resources Director in the property business with PT Patra Jasa, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), and then in the port and maritime services industry with PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk., one of the companies of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero).
Mr. Hasan holds Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Economics and General Business from Texas Christian University, USA.

Eri Wibowo
Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Eri Wibowo has over 24 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, especially in infrastructure, agribusiness and energy sectors. His expertise includes project financing, loan syndication, structured finance and financial advisory.
He began his career in finance in the early 2000s with Abacus Capital, a boutique fund management company specializing in cross border fixed income investment. Afterward, Eri spent his career in several global financial institutions, including Bank CIMB Niaga, Standard Chartered Bank, Natixis and Rabobank, focusing on corporate loan and structured trade finance products to local and multinational corporate clients.
From 2013 to 2022, Mr. Wibowo held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Financing at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), where he led numerous strategic transactions in toll road, public transportation, and power generation projects. During his tenure, he significantly expanded the financing portfolio, led debt and equity transactions, and pioneered several innovative financing instruments such as subordinated debt, cash deficiency support, and credit enhancement facilities. Mr. Wibowo also served as a Commissioner and Head of the Risk Monitoring Committee at PT Waskita Toll Road from 2019 to 2022, with responsibilities of overseeing the company’s risk management and ensuring good governance in toll road operations.
Prior to joining IIF, he served as Senior Advisor at ThinkCap Partners and Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
He holds a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Indonesia.

Lestari Andaluscia Umardin
Risk Director/Chief Risk Officer
Ms. Umardin has over 25 years of experience in international banking with specialization in risk management, credit underwriting, and credit portfolio management.
Ms. Umardin started her career in the financial industry in Corporate Banking for a decade since 1994 with several joint venture banks in Indonesia under Sumitomo Mitsui Bank Corporation (SMBC), BNP Paribas, and Mizuho, then with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. for Financial Restructuring and Recovery.
Since May 2004, she pursued a career at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Indonesia as VP Risk Analysis for Commercial Banking, and held several senior positions such as Country Head of Business Banking and Country Head of Credit & Market Risk.
She also served as Chief Credit Approval Officer and Head of Risk Management and Risk Regulatory Engagement at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University, and a Master of Management in Finance from Atmajaya Catholic University.

Mohammad Ramadhan Harahap
Investment Director/Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Harahap has years of extensive experiences in banking industry with focus in corporate and investment banking. Previously, he served as Head of Large Local Corporates Global Banking at HSBC Indonesia (2014-2020); Director of Local Corporate at Standard Chartered Bank (2007-2013); Assistant Vice President Corporate Banking at Bank Danamon Tbk (2000-2007); Senior Manager Corporate Banking at PDFCI Bank (1996-2000). Mr. Harahap has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Indonesia and Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, Boston.

Irman Boyle
Executive Vice President – Head of Advisory Group
Mr. Boyle joined IlF in April 2012. He has 15 years of experience in multilateral institutions and consulting fFirms (IFC, ADB, IIE/Energy Group, and PA Consulting) prior to IIF, working in advisory service and public sector lending for energy and infrastructure project.
With IFC, he worked in the PPP Transaction Advisory Department at its Jakarta office, advising government clients on a coal-fired IPP project and a water supply project. Until August 2011, he was also Indonesian Country Representative for the Private Finance Advisory Network (PFAN) where he provided project and finance advice for successful finance closings of several renewable energy IPP projects.
Mr. Boyle holds an MBA from Cass Business School at City University London, UK (1999), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (1993).
Mr. Boyle was involved in the Workshop on Project Financing by Euromoney, and also participated in Harvard Kennedy School Infrastructure in Market Economy Program in 2013.
Mr. Boyle was involved in the Executive Workshop on Ports Financing and Investing in Singapore hosted by Global Ports Forum. He also participated in a Green Banking Online Training, the Green Banking in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy hosted by Renac.
