Summary
By October 2019, IIF participated in syndication facility to finance the 34.016 km Toll Road Project which is a part of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) II and as part of support to National Strategic Project. The total project cost for the toll road is IDR 10.8 Trillion and expected to be financed through syndication facility amounted to 70% of total cost. IIF participates up to IDR 550 billion (7.43% of total syndication amount) in this arrangement. The toll road development is expected to reduce travel time and increase cost efficiency, especially for freight transportation from industrial area and surrounding to Tanjung Priok Port. The project construction has been started on 19 September 2017 and comprised of four section. Section 1 (2.96 km), 2 (8.40 km), and 3 (14.09 km) are in Bekasi Regency while section 4 (8.56 km) is located in DKI Jakarta.
