Summary
IIF participated in the loan syndication to providing loan facility for refinancing the acquisition, capex and working capital of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Tangerang and Jakarta. WTP in Jakarta is responsible for managing, operating, maintaining, and investing to optimize, expand and improve water services in its area of operations starting from the east side of Ciliwung River, which includes most of North Jakarta, some areas in Central Jakarta, and all parts of East Jakarta, with the total production of both WTPs is about 10,500 lps. Additionally, WTP in Tangerang is responsible for providing clean water for the Tangerang Regency
