Summary

IIF participates in a syndication credit for the operation of the MM2100 Industrial Estate and Data Center zone project development located in Bekasi, West Jawa Province. The industrial estate has been developed and operated since 1990s. Currently, the existing industrial estate’s tenants are mainly prominent names from Indonesia and Asia countries such as Japan and Korea with core businesses and activities dominated by automotive manufacturers, logistics & warehouse on IT and electronics. IIF’s Social and Environmental Due Diligence categorizes the project as Category B Project where the social and environmental risks and impacts can be mitigated by adhering to IIF Social and Environmental Principles.
